Cliff Drysdale Retreats…The Best Weeks in Tennis

After 4 days of the Team Tennis Competition, campers are split into groups for our version of "The Iron Chef."

Once the sommelier has introduced everyone to the wines, the rules are announced and its Pandemonium in the Ritz Carlton's Viking Kitchen Culinary center.

What ingredients will be in the mystery basket?
How many dishes will each team make?

Teams will be judged on presentation and decor as well as taste. Make sure you use the Mystery ingredient.

All the dishes are then served family style for everybody to enjoy. It is the perfect team experience to end the best week in tennis.
