Matthew Bacon
DIRECTOR OF TENNIS
Bacon is a highly experienced racquet sports leader with more than 25 years of experience across private clubs and large-scale racquet facilities. Most recently, he served as General Manager of a multi court indoor pickleball facility, overseeing staffing, membership strategy, financial operations, and programming from pre-opening through stabilization. He was previously a Director of Racquets at high end clubs in North Carolina and Florida. A highly credentialed professional, Bacon holds RSPA Elite Professional status, Certified Racquet Sports Executive (CRSE) designation, USTA High Performance Coaching certification, IPTPA Level 1 Pickleball certification, and Cardio Tennis certification. He currently serves as a Coach Developer and Vice President of the RSPA Florida Board and is actively involved with USTA Florida initiatives.
