Allistair McCaw

Allistair McCaw is a globally recognized authority in High Performance, Team Culture, and Leadership. With more than 30 years experience, he has consulted Olympians, Grand Slam champions, and corporate leaders. He also spent over 10 years on the ATP and WTA tours working with numerous top 10 players.
He is the author of eight best‑selling books, including Champion Minded, Mindset Is Your Superpower, and Habits That Make a Champion, and has delivered keynotes in over thirty-five countries alongside prominent global leaders, including former U.S. President George W. Bush.
A former professional athlete, Allistair is a five-time World Championship duathlon competitor, two-time national champion, and 29-time marathoner. He resides in Boynton Beach, Florida.
Amanda Frasier
PRESIDENT OF RATINGS AND STANDARDS - FORBES TRAVEL GUIDE
As Forbes Travel Guide's President of Standards & Ratings, Amanda Frasier oversees the coordination of the global inspections and annual star awards. Frasier also serves as chair of the Forbes Travel Guide Standards Advisory Committee. Formed in 2011, the SAC is composed of industry executives who help shape the future of Five-Star service and facility standards and the modern luxury guest experience. She plays a key role in all global expansion efforts, covering more than 100 countries and growing. In addition, Frasier manages the Forbes Travel Guide Official Brand program, a collection of exclusive brands representing the best products and services in luxury hospitality.
Prior to this role, Frasier was the director of Executive Training for Forbes Travel Guide's consulting division and served as an inspector. Before working for Forbes Travel Guide, she spent 13 years in hospitality operations. The Solihull College hospitality graduate was born and raised in London and now resides in Atlanta.
Alexis Moniello
DIRECTOR OF STRATEGY AND OPERATIONS - REALFOOD
Alexis came from the world of restaurant management to her current role at RealFood Hospitality, Strategy & Design with an unshakeable passion for the hospitality industry. Her experience is vast and diverse, with more than 20 years in restaurant operations, a well-practiced genius in marketing and branding, and a wealth of hospitality management accomplishments. Prior to joining RealFood, she helmed the Bayberry Group, a multi-unit creative beer hall and restaurant duo, in Providence, RI; served as the general manager for award-winning Momofuku Ssäm Bar in New York, NY; and held various consulting and marketing roles within the realm of hospitality.
Alexis operates from the belief that everyone should work in a restaurant at least once, understanding the many life lessons articulated through the experience.
Bruce Glasco
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER - TROON
Bruce Glasco is the Chief Operating Officer of Troon, the world’s largest golf and club management company, where he oversees global operations across an extensive portfolio of premier golf courses, private clubs, and resorts. With more than two decades at Troon, he has held leadership roles including Vice President of Operations, Senior Vice President of the Australia Pacific Division, and Senior Vice President & Managing Director for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Before joining Troon, Glasco built a distinguished career managing operations at several of the world’s most renowned golf properties, such as Pine Valley Golf Club, Arnold Palmer’s Bay Hill Club, Kapalua Golf Club and Resort, and the exclusive Maroon Creek Club. He also gained development experience as an Assistant Project Manager with Hines, a leading international real estate firm. Glasco holds a bachelor’s degree from Western Michigan University and completed an executive study course in real estate finance at MIT’s Sloan School of Management. His career is marked by strategic leadership, global expansion, and a reputation for elevating operational excellence across Troon’s domestic and international footprint.
Robbie Kearney

Robbie, a Certified PGA Professional in Golf Operations by the PGA of America, started with Troon back in October of 2001 and has led multi-faceted operations all over the United States and Mexico. Over the course of his career has been modeled by the Troon Standards, which are “Quality of Service and Quality of Product”. He’s a firm believer if our service levels exceed expectations and our products do as well, we are setup to succeed in any environment. When referencing product, that pertains to the quality of product coming out of the kitchen, golf course conditions, merchandise offerings, social gatherings and overall racquet programming. Having led multiple equity and non-equity Clubs all over the country, he believes there’s no greater driver in overall member satisfaction and optimal financial performance than the aforementioned.

Conor is a tennis coach, television writer, and copywriter who combines all three disciplines in his work. He built an Instagram audience of over 120,000 followers through tennis-focused content rooted in coaching and storytelling. He works with brands on content creation and runs workshops that teach how to create clear, authentic content.
