She has led the design and delivery of international leadership and mentoring programs in partnership with organizations such as the Professional Tennis Registry and the PGA of GB & Ireland, as well as a range of global coach education bodies. Her work focuses on bridging the gap between theory and practice—helping coaches, leaders, and organizations create environments where people can thrive.
Known for her relational and thought-provoking approach, Sarah combines deep expertise in coach development with a strong belief in the power of mentoring, reflection, and human connection to drive meaningful and lasting impact.

She specializes in designing practical, people-centered development experiences that build confidence, capability, and connection—helping individuals and teams perform at their best.
As Programme Director of international leadership initiatives and a trusted partner to global sports federations, Linda has worked across a wide range of sports, translating high-performance principles into everyday coaching and management practice. Her approach is grounded in real-world application, combining clear frameworks with meaningful conversations that drive lasting impact.
Linda is a Senior Consultant with e.t.c coaching consultants, where she brings a wealth of expertise in leadership and development—particularly within women’s high-performance coach development environments.

Kim Bastable
DIRECTOR OF PROFESSIONAL RACQUETS MANAGEMENT - UNIVERSITY OF FLORIDA
Kim is the visionary behind the first university-based program dedicated to the business and leadership of the racquets industry. As the creator and lead instructor of the Director of Racquet Sports program at the University of Florida, she prepares future leaders to thrive in this evolving field. A former NCAA All-American and SEC champion player for the Gators, Kim has over 40 years of experience in racquet sports, including leadership roles at clubs and universities and as an on-court and mental performance coach. She holds a Masters in Education and a B.S. in Finance as well as multiple coaching and mental toughness certifications.

Ajay Pant
CEO - KARUNDY CONSULTING
Ajay is the founder of Karundy – his tennis consulting company that guarantees increased profit and revenue per court. Ajay was the Senior Vice President for Life Time Racquets for seven years. He worked with 130 clubs and managed the largest tennis, pickleball and squash operations in the United States. Ajay is the prior Senior Vice President Operations for the Junior Tennis Champions Center in Maryland. Pant was with Midtown Clubs for almost two decades and also served as their National Tennis Director. Ajay also served as the Cities Coordinator for Arthur Ashe and Nick Bollettieri Cities programs in multiple cities. Ajay is one of 16 global teaching pros who have been given the highest teaching designation of “Master Pro” by both the Racquet Sports Professional Association (RSPA) and Professional Tennis Registry (PTR). He has been awarded “Pro of the Year” by both PTR and USPTA and “Tennis Person of the Year” by Tennis Industry Association.

From designing the business and consumer experience to leading America’s Racquet Week, Robyn reimagines how fans, athletes, brands, and media engage with sport.
