Evaluations include:
 

• An on-site visit by CDT and Troon operations and management specialists to meet with leadership team including Ownership, GM, Department and amenity leadership.

• In addition to meeting with Club Staff, the CDT & Troon Operations and Management Specialist will also review all club operating procedures.

• Provide a comprehensive proforma with detailed assumptions to encompass a full service facility.

• An extensive written evaluation post-visit covering all areas of the racquets facilities.

• Review of the current amenity P&L’s, budgets, compensation packages and job descriptions with recommendations provided if applicable.

• Provide an update on the industry and provide any applicable resources and knowledge including technology platform recommendations, career development resources for club staff, operational manuals and access to our preferred vendors.
