Amid immense challenges worldwide caused by the COVID-19 Pandemic, Cliff Drysdale Tennis is highlighting individuals who have gone above and beyond to create value for their members, grow their business, and help tennis succeed as a whole. Over 6 weeks in July and August, staff members from locations across the world will be spotlighted in an effort to give praise to the leaders in our industry.
Spotlight on: Reza Gobbeh, Omni La Costa Resort and Spa

Since returning to work in early June Reza has really stepped up in every aspect to assist me in helping manage the facility. Due to the pandemic I lost two of my senior professionals on staff and Reza without hesitation has filled in both of their spots and has taken on additional off court responsibilities and work hours. It’s truly been amazing to see the transformation over the last 7 weeks and watching Reza develop into one of the leaders of my pro staff team. After giving Reza certain tasks to complete and goals to meet to in recent weeks he has exceed those goals or completed those tasks and continues to want to develop his skills as a professional. I am very grateful to have someone like Reza on my pro staff, he truly cares about the facility/staff and members and it is rare to find someone like that.
